More than 250 Arizona stakeholders attended “The ‘R’ Word: Rationing, Ethics and the Future of Health Care” on September 25, 2009.

Arthur Caplan, PhD – the Emmanuel and Robert Hart Professor of Bioethics, Chair of the Department of Medical Ethics and the Director of the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania – spoke and participated in a Q&A.
