Mr. Alex Schadenberg is the founder and Executive Director of the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC) in Canada.
His presentation aims to inform ongoing discussions around end-of-life care and assisted suicide laws, highlighting clear distinctions between moral acts and offering an overview of how these laws function. Participants will be invited to engage in open and informed dialogue about both support for and opposition to assisted suicide.
The Euthanasia Prevention Coalition has recently launched a campaign urging federal and provincial governments in Canada to conduct a comprehensive review of the country’s euthanasia legislation since its implementation.
Mr. Schadenberg is also a prolific author and speaker, having published over 3,000 articles and presented across Europe and North America.
